Practice Management Consultant
Responsibilities include providing practice management expertise for practicing
physicians. Provide assistance with coding, billing, reimbursement, contract
evaluation, accounts receivable management, compliance training, overhead
expense, compliance, fee schedule analysis, recruitment and retention, workflow,
and physician practice start-up.
Northwest Pediatrics and Adolescents (October 2000-Present)
Administrator
Provide part time assistance as a contract administrator for a five-physician
pediatric group. Duties include contract negotiation, budget analysis, expense
reduction, billing enhancement, credentialing, staffing, workflow, coding,
compliance, and market outreach.

nephrology group. Duties include developing market outreach and strategic
